Absolutely zero complaints with this hotel in Monahans. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms clean, large, smelled great. Quiet, even though it’s on IH-20. Well-lit, reasonably secluded parking lot. Friendly breakfast staff…and Community Coffee!!!
Clean well maintained older rooms. Comfortable bed - my recommendation is ask for a room on front of hotel as rooms on back partially overlook fuel stop and I10, those are the quietest.
Great stay for business. The entire staff here is very friendly especially considering west texas. Breakfast was ideal and rooms were clean and comfortable. My room faced the highway but didn't hear a thing and slept well. I will be back!

Jamie was very accommodating to our needs. Her smile & cordial spirit welcomed our arrival. Spacious clean lobby & breakfast room-along with many options on the buffet was great! Rooms clean & comfortable/thank you housekeeping staff/ The area has many places for a meal & fuel and was lighted well.
It was for the night because I was trying to put in a tankless water heater in my RV. The lady up front was one of the most kind and courteous person I've met in an extremely long time.
Our stay here was really good. The room was clean. Everything worked. We had Everything we needed. Only issue was the tile in the bathroom was broken and loose. It's not a major issue. Staff was great and check in was simple. Price and availability was also great. We stayed up here for an event and they were knowledgeable about it. Parking was good, we'll lit and not too far of a walk to the door. I do recommend staying here.
I have been staying at his hotel since February on business, so around eight months. I travel all over and stay at hotels all the time and this hotel is a gem. Jamie is the Manager and she deals with things fast. She handles the billing with the my employer and I never have problems. Mikey is the front desk manager and she is very helpful as well. Torie is the night clerk and coffee and cookies are always available! Nicole and Cheyenne always keep my room clean with fresh towels and I'm pretty particular about that. The breakfast is good and on time and usually early.The people who work here are solid people and are pretty much my friends now. Best hotel in Monahans and if you are working this hotel is great!!!!!!!!
